Chunin Jacket

In the Hidden Leaf Village, the shinobi are all ranked according to their skill, intelligence and experience. A ninja usually starts in the Academy, where he will be taught of the basic techniques and other stuff from the shinobi world. Once graduating from the Academy, the student obtain the rank of Genin. After the rank of Genin, the ninja is promoted for the Chunin ranked if he can show himself worthy of it. They are the equivalent for military captain, capable of leading troups in times of war. The Chunin Jacket is a green flak jacket that has several pockets used to store weapons and other ressources. The Chunin can chose to wear it with the exception of being forced to wear it for the Fourth Shinobi World War.
